ALLA (SA) Bursaries

ALLA (SA Division) committee is pleased to offer our members the opportunity to apply for bursary awards to attend the ALLA 2016 Conference.
Applicants should address the selection criteria at Part 1 of the Bursary_Guidelines_2016.pdf document and include all personal details listed at Part 2. Interstate members will not be expected to fulfil the criteria that require them to be present in SA.
Please forward completed applications to the ALLA (SA Division) President, at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, 24 June 2016. The Bursary awards will be announced and disbursed in time for registration at the membership early bird rate of $750 by Thursday, 7 July 2016.
Non SA-Based Members
There are two bursaries, of $750 each, available to members of the SA Division who reside outside of South Australia. The bursary awards are to be put towards early bird conference registration (which closes on 7 July, 2016). These bursaries are being funded from the divisional disbursement part of the annual ALLA membership fees received from non SA-based members, which has been set aside for the past two years for this purpose.
There are two bursaries, of $1000 each, available to members of the SA Division who reside in South Australia. The bursary awards are to be put towards early bird conference registration (which closes on 7 July, 2016), travel and accommodation costs. These are being funded from ALLA SA funds set aside annually for this Conference Bursary. As there was no Conference held in 2015, two bursaries are being offered for 2016.
The successful applicants will be notified by Wednesday, 29 June and announced on the ALLA-SA e-list.
